What is your pet policy?
We are a pet friendly community! Two pets are allowed per residence. Cats and dogs are welcome, but exotic animals are not permitted. We do not have weight limits, but some breeds are restricted, including Chow Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Pit Bull, American Bull, Terrier Bulldog, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Presa Canario and Rottweiler.
All pets must be registered with the office and a pet addendum must be on file. Please contact the office if you have a service animal or an emotional support animal (ESA). All city ordinances also apply.

Livano Prosper offers thoughtfully designed 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartment homes, along with townhome options for residents looking for a different style of living. Our homes feature open-concept layouts with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, full-size washers and dryers, generous closets, and private balconies or patios. Residents also enjoy signature amenities including our resort-style pool, 24-hour fitness center, pickleball court, professional Workplace, and 24/7 Marketplace.
Is There Parking Available or EV Charging Stations?

What Public Transportation Options Are Available Nearby?
Prosper does not currently have a traditional fixed-route public bus or rail system, but eligible residents can use Collin County Transit, an on-demand shared-ride service administered by DART Mobility Service. The program serves Prosper and provides trips throughout Collin County for qualifying residents who are age 65+, have a disability, or meet low-income eligibility requirements, with service available seven days a week.
What School District Serves Livano Prosper Apartments?
Livano Prosper is located within Prosper Independent School District. Nearby public schools include Judy Rucker Elementary School, Reynolds Middle School, and Prosper High School, all located within approximately two miles of the community.
